Day 2...Old Friends and open fields

Today was a very exciting day! We left St. Louis at around 5:50am and I actually managed to sleep in the car for a little bit. Matt also let me drive more. My brother and I actually found Missouri and Kansas to be extremely beautiful! Look at some of these pictures I managed to get while driving through (using my brother's cameras as opposed to mine)

Also in Kansas we stopped to visit my friend who is at the army base there! I don't know when I will get to see him again in the next few years, so it was awesome I got to stop and hang out for a little bit.

Now I am sitting on my cousin's couch in Denver, Colorado. Colorado is gorgeous and we have not even made it to the Rockies yet, even though they can be seen in the distance.
